What exists in between two shapes when they touch? No. What exists in between two shapes when they transgress each other? I have not yet decided if the "in between" disappears or if it is all that remains.

 

Nowadays I barely go to Facebook. But when I go, I watch videos of hydraulic presses crushing things in slow motion. There is a Hollywood suspense in the way the hammer advances on the victimized object. Honestly the pleasure I find in these videos does not reside in the moment objects succumb, but in the tension of shapes, that for 1 or 2 seconds seems to last forever.
